Memberships

Memberships are automatically billed monthly and the credit card on file is charged
Memberships include one scratch therapy session per billing cycle, based on your selected plan
Sessions do NOT rollover to the next month if not used
Memberships are non-transferable & valid only for the named member
Members must book their session in advance via our online booking system
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that month's session
Billing begins on the day you sign up and renews on that same date each month
To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date
