Please review the guidelines and policy below to ensure a smooth experience 

for both gift givers and recipients. 

If you would like to pay for the tip as well, choose the gift card option to enter a dollar amount. Add the tip amount to the session price and enter that amount. 

• Gift cards are redeemable for services only at The Scratch Spa
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
• They may be used toward scratch therapy sessions of equal or lesser value
• If the selected service exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance may be paid at the time of booking
• Gift cards expire after 5 years
• Gift card holders must book in advance and use the gift card at the time of booking. To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance - especially for weekend appointments
• A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all gift card bookings
• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the session or full value of the gift card
• The Scratch Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable once redeemed or partially used
